What is The Health Benefit of Eating Fruits and Vegetables? The Relationship of Your Health to Your Diet
What are you willing to do to live a long and healthy life?
You have total control over your health because whatever goes into your mouth is your decision. You need to look closely at each one of your meals to see what you are eating that may be causing you harm. Most Americans eat large portions of animal-based products in every meal. As Americans, you are consuming over 30% of your protein and fat from animal-based products, which is linked to all types of diseases and cancers. For your health benefit, you need to do some research in reference to a diet of plant-based products versus a diet of animal-based products. There are tons of researches done to support the claim that a diet of animal-based products is the cause of all health problems that exists in the industrial world. The problem is that you and everyone is brainwashed to think that animal protein is good for you, which is a total lie. Also, you have been told that cow's milk is good for your health, which is not correct. You have been told that you need to drink milk for strong bones and strong teeth. Then, answer this question for me; why do Americans have one of the highest rates of bone fractures and osteoporosis in the industrialized world? Dairy products are linked to bone fractures and osteoporosis in the numerous studies that have been done across the globe.
What is the health benefit of eating a plant-based diet?
A plant-based diet is the best way to live long and healthy. It has been recommended that you eat three to five serving of fruits and vegetables daily to maintain good health. If you want to be healthy, you need to consume as much plant-based products as possible in your daily meals. You can get all of your proteins, fats and carbohydrates from fruits and vegetables. Your body was meant to process fruits and vegetables and not animal-based products. You will eat more fruits and vegetables and your body will process it quickly and with ease. You will have fewer problems with bowel movements and you will also lose weight in the process. Most people are overweight or obese in this country because they eat a large portion of meat and dairy products. If you pay close attention, the largest portion on your dish is some type animal-based product. When you are eating out; what is the biggest portion on your dish? In most cases, is it some type animal products? I can almost guarantee you that it is and you are poisoning your body with every bite that you take.
Do you want to live a healthy and long life?
If the answer is YES, then, you must reduce the amount of animal-based products that you eat on a daily basis. You can get all of your required daily nutrition from fruits and vegetables.
